How does spaced repetition work?

Spaced repetition is a learning technique that increases intervals of time between subsequent reviews of previously learned material. Phonique uses this method to help you remember French verb conjugations more effectively.

Do I need a premium subscription?

Phonique is free to use for all 700+ verbs, covering présent and passé composé. Premium unlocks all 10 tenses plus negation practice, so you can go deeper into every verb.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Find Phonique and tap Cancel Subscription

Can I use Phonique offline?

Yes! Phonique works offline. All verb data is stored locally on your device, so you can practice even without an internet connection.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you’ve previously purchased a premium subscription, you can restore it by:

Opening the app
Going to the premium/subscription screen
Tapping “Restore Purchases”

The app will automatically restore your subscription if it’s still active.

How do I redeem a coupon?

If you have a coupon, you can use it by:

Clicking the “Redeem code” at the bottom of the subscription screen and entering your code in the view that appears.

The app store will apply the discount at checkout.
